Swimming, fishing and kayaking adventures

The Nicolet River offers a pleasant setting for swimming, with shallow water and a sandy bottom. Cast a line from the end of the dock and try your luck fishing, or simply relax while listening to the gentle sound of the river flowing by.

For a little more adventure, a kayaking trip of approximately 45 minutes will take you to Trois-Lacs. Along the way, you can discover several beautiful, quiet beaches that are perfect for taking a break and enjoying the scenery. When the river level is lower, a few short portage sections may be required.

Private hot tub and peaceful riverside evenings

After a day on the water, a hike or an outing in the region, relax in the private four-season hot tub. Available year-round, it is the perfect place to unwind, breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the natural setting around the property.

End the day around the outdoor fire pit while listening to the soft sounds of the river. The peaceful atmosphere makes this an ideal place to enjoy evenings under the stars.

In winter, the golf course is transformed into a great destination for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, allowing you to enjoy the snowy landscapes of the Eastern Townships.

From the moment you arrive, you will be welcomed by a bright open-concept space with views of the river and forest. Despite its compact size, the cottage offers all the comfort needed for a relaxing stay.

The main floor includes a small fully equipped kitchen, a dining area overlooking the water and an open-concept living room. You will also find a sectional sofa bed, a television and a bathroom with shower.

The bedroom is located in a loft accessible by ladder. This layout gives the cottage plenty of character while keeping the main living area open and functional.

Please note that the ladder must be used with caution and is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The loft ceiling is low and sloped. The ladder can be raised to free up additional space in the open living area when needed.
