Motorized boats are permitted on the lake. Guests bringing their own boat can use a paid boat launch at the local marina, located at the nearby campground, and dock their boat directly at the cottage during their stay.

Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the variety of fish found in Lake Boissonneault, including bass, walleye, yellow perch, pike and sunfish. In winter, when ice conditions allow, ice fishing is also a unique activity to enjoy.
