Welcome to Domaine Convivial, located in Saint-Romain in the Eastern Townships, very close to Frontenac National Park and Mont-Mégantic National Park. With breathtaking views of the mountains and a 5-km trail network right on-site, this property offers an experience in an enchanting and peaceful setting that brings you into close contact with nature. Between July 20 and August 25, the Perseids light up the sky every year. This cottage offers the ideal setting for stargazing, especially since you’ll be in the first International Dark Sky Reserve.

During the summer, take advantage of the lake for a boat ride; use the launch ramp to put the pedal boat, kayak, canoe, or rowboat we provide at your disposal into the water. Please note that motorboats are not permitted on this lake. On hot summer days, cool off with a quick swim or by dipping your feet in the water from the dock.

In addition to enjoying the beauty of the surrounding mountains, numerous hikes await you on the private trail network. There you’ll discover the observation tower, with its view of the Mont Mégantic Observatory. Bring your lunch and take some time to meditate, do yoga, or simply savor the scenery with your eyes, immersing yourself in the sounds and scents of the surrounding forest. This cottage has everything you need for an exceptional stay with family, friends, or for your corporate events.

As you stroll through the complex’s common areas, take time to admire the extensive landscaping, build a campfire in the designated areas, or scale the climbing wall, available for your use during your stay. Back at the cottage, treat yourself to the private spa, open year-round. Cooler days will suddenly seem much more pleasant, and summer evenings will be all the more magical. End the day by watching the sunset or gather around a campfire, listen to the gentle murmur of the surrounding nature, and watch the stars twinkling in the sky.

In winter, enjoy the snowmobile and ATV trails near the cabin. You can set off directly from the cabin on a snowmobile or ATV to reach the official trails.
