Located directly on the shores of Petit lac des Arpents Verts, La Bellevue offers an enchanting natural setting and incredible lake views from the living room. The cottage is secluded in a wooded environment, allowing guests to fully enjoy the peace and quiet of the property.

The large 70,000-square-foot lot provides plenty of space to relax, play outside, and enjoy the outdoors. The private dock is perfect for spending time by the lake, while the provided double kayak and pedal boat allow you to have fun on the water during the warmer season.

Private Hot Tub, BBQ and Nature Relaxation

The new Bullfrog therapeutic hot tub is ready for you to enjoy in both summer and winter. After a day exploring the region, spending time on the lake, enjoying outdoor activities, or simply relaxing in nature, the hot tub adds a wonderful touch of comfort to your stay.

A BBQ is also available for outdoor cooking and meals in nature. Inside, the fireplace creates a warm atmosphere on cooler evenings. Firewood for the indoor fireplace is provided.

The new owners have made many improvements to the cottage, and almost everything inside is new. The interior is warm, welcoming, and well designed for groups.

The cottage includes 6 beds in total: 4 queen beds and 2 sofa beds. The kitchen table easily seats 12 guests, making it convenient for group meals and shared moments.

The full kitchen is equipped so you can prepare meals on site. You will find a Keurig coffee maker, fondue set, and everything needed for a comfortable stay.
