DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

This vacation home has a maximum occupancy of 12. Don’t be fooled by the modest exterior: the hospitable modern interior has everything you might want. The two-storey property has 5 tastefully decorated bedrooms with quality bedding, an open-concept fully equipped kitchen and dining room, large windows that provide plenty of sunlight, living room with wood stove and view of the lake through patio doors, and full bathroom. Comfort and relaxation are the order of the day.

Ground floor (splitted on 2 levels, 4 steps of stairs): Open-concept kitchen and dining room / Living room with wood stove, 1 pull out couch / Bedroom #1 (master bedroom with french doors) : 1 Queen bed / 1 full bathroom (with shower bath).
Ground floor (4 steps lower): 2 bedrooms (you must enter the 1st bedroom to get to the 2nd that has a 54 inch electric bed)
Downstairs: 2 bedrooms (you must enter the 1st bedroom to get to the 2nd) / Bathroom with shower.
