This newly built cottage features a modern, thoughtfully designed interior and offers the ideal setting for a family getaway or a trip with friends, surrounded by comfort, nature and outdoor activities.

With direct lake access, a private dock, a four-season hot tub and large windows offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, this cottage invites you to step away from everyday life and enjoy every moment of your stay.

Direct Lake Access, Private Dock and Watercraft

La Maison de Cèdre enjoys a prime location on Lake Saint-François, a large body of water of approximately 50 km², ideal for boating, swimming, fishing and water activities.

Several watercraft are available for guests to explore the lake at their own pace:

• 2 kayaks
• 2 paddleboards
• 1 pedal boat

The private dock is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee, read a good book in the sun or simply take in the peaceful lake views. Fishing enthusiasts can also cast a line and try their luck catching some of the species found in the lake, including landlocked salmon, walleye, northern pike, smallmouth bass and yellow perch.

Would you like to bring your own motorized boat? The boat launch at Marina La Source is located just 2 minutes from the cottage.

Private Hot Tub, Outdoor Firepit and Relaxation in Every Season

After a day on the lake, hiking or exploring the region, unwind in the private four-season hot tub while taking in the sunset. In the evening, gather around the outdoor firepit, listen to the soothing sounds of nature and watch the stars light up the sky.

This cottage is also a great destination in every season. Just a few minutes away, Frontenac National Park offers a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, cycling, water activities and nature observation. During winter, snowshoes can also be rented directly from the cottage owner so you can enjoy the snowy surroundings.

From the moment you arrive, you will be welcomed by a spacious shared living area that brings together the living room, dining room and kitchen. High ceilings, large windows and abundant natural light create an elegant, inviting and relaxing atmosphere.

Views of the lake and surrounding landscape are part of every meal, quiet moment and gathering with family or friends. The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare delicious meals throughout your stay.

For maximum comfort year-round, heated floors are installed on every level of the cottage.

• Additional pet fees start at $100 per pet for a 2-night stay.
• A maximum of 2 pets is permitted per stay.
• The dock and watercraft are available from the Victoria Day long weekend through the Thanksgiving long weekend, inclusive.
