This charming waterfront country home on the shores of Lac Denison will have you in the vacation spirit the moment you arrive. Bordered by towering trees, the property offers all the privacy you want for a cottage vacation. The dock overlooking the lake is a great place to relax comfortably in an Adirondack chair under the sun shelter.

With the lake bottom dropping off gradually, guests can swim from the shore or, if they prefer, the dock, where a small ladder makes it easy to get your feet wet. Take one of the many watercrafts to explore Lake Denison. When the lake freezes over well, put on your skates or snowshoes to enjoy a real Québec winter in the country.

The back yard has plenty of room for all the family to share a great barbecue meal outdoors or gather around a bonfire in the evening. For those who like to keep warm, a session in the private all-season spa is a great way to relax.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

One of the unique charms of this vacation home is the stone fireplace in the living room, which is a great place for everyone to warm themselves on chilly winter days. The bright, open-concept dining room and living room are just steps from the fully equipped kitchen with island that makes it practical for the whole group to prepare meals together.

There are 3 closed bedrooms upstairs and 1 open bedroom downstairs. One bathroom with shower-bath is available upstairs. The sunroom at the back of the house offers a magical view of the lake. There is an other bathroom next to the solarium and these two rooms have heated floors.

Ground floor: Dining room / Kitchen / Living room / Solarium / 1 bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs: Bedroom #1 : 1 Queen bed / Bedroom #2 : 1 Double bed / Bedroom #3 : 1 truckle bed (king size) / 1 bathroom with a bath-shower.
Downstairs: Open Bedroom #4: 1 Double bed and 2 Single beds / Laundry room.

*** The dock and watercrafts are available from Patriots’ weekend to Thanksgiving weekend inclusively. ***

*** It should be noted that we have received reports of an upsurge in aquatic plants, which can make swimming less pleasant.  ***
