With access to Lake Trois-Lacs, watercraft, a private four-season hot tub and a large games room, La Petite Chapelle offers plenty of activities to enjoy in any weather. It is an ideal destination for spending quality time together, stepping away from everyday life and creating lasting memories.

Access to Lake Trois-Lacs, Shared Dock and Watercraft

Although the cottage is located on the second row from the lake, it still offers water access directly across the street. A small path bordered by a fence and cedar hedge leads you to Lake Trois-Lacs.

Once at the water’s edge, kayaks, a pedal boat and a paddleboard are available for guests to enjoy. Whether you want to explore the lake, take in the scenery or simply enjoy the sunshine, everything is in place for a relaxing summer stay.

Fishing is also popular on the lake. From the dock or while out on the water, you may have the chance to catch walleye, bass or yellow perch.

Private Hot Tub, Outdoor Firepit and Relaxing Moments

After a day on the water or exploring the region, unwind in the private four-season hot tub. It is the perfect place to relax and extend the good times with family and friends.

In the evening, gather around the outdoor firepit for a warm atmosphere under the stars. Firewood is provided; just remember to bring the marshmallows.

Golf, Skiing and Outdoor Activities Nearby

La Petite Chapelle is well located for discovering the region’s attractions. Royal Estrie Golf Club is less than a 10-minute drive from the cottage. In winter, its grounds are transformed into trails for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.

Mount Gleason, located less than 20 km from the property, is also a popular destination for families, offering downhill skiing, tubing and other winter activities.

From the moment you arrive, you will discover a large open-concept space with plenty of room for groups. The games room includes a pool table, ping-pong table and foosball table, ensuring fun for everyone, even on rainy days.

The fully equipped kitchen is available for preparing meals during your stay. It includes a breakfast counter, while the adjoining dining room opens onto the living room, creating a welcoming space for sharing meals and spending time together.

The property includes three closed bedrooms, two full bathrooms and two loft areas. The first loft is set up as a sleeping area with two single futons, while the second loft is reserved as a children’s play space.

• The cottage is located on a corner lot in a small residential area. Respect for neighbours is required at all times.
• The dock is shared with another cottage.
• The dock and watercraft are available from the Victoria Day long weekend through the Thanksgiving long weekend, inclusive.
• Increased aquatic plant growth has been reported in the lake, which may make swimming less enjoyable depending on the time of year.
