Located in St-Romain, in the Eastern Townships, come and relax in the forest in this new propane and solar-powered cottage. The cottage is located directly on the banks of the Sauvage River. In summer, you’ll enjoy listening to the river flow as you relax on the large terrace.

Come and discover the 100 acres of land on which the cottage sits! Our extensive grounds include 4 km of hiking trails, much of which runs alongside the Sauvage River, where you can enjoy a swim, weather permitting.

In winter, the trails are transformed for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing, giving you access to municipal trails. We’re also close to snowmobile and ATV trails.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

A beautiful windowed open space awaits you at this cottage! The kitchen with its large island invites you to prepare your meals in all possible comfort. You can then pass through to the living room, where you’ll find the large patio doors leading to the terrace and its patio set. This is the perfect place for outdoor dining. Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, plus a bathroom with shower and a powder room complete the layout. In the winter, heated floors on both floors will keep you warm.

Main floor: Open concept living room with 1 queen sofa bed, kitchen, and dining area / 1 powder room

Basement: Bedroom #1 with 1 queen bed / Bedroom #2 with 1 queen bed / Bathroom with shower
