This cottage for rent is located directly on the waterfront, at Wallace Lake, in Saint-Herménégilde. With its beautiful grounds lined with mature trees, you will have plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.

The access to the water is on a gentle slope, with a pleasant sand and rocky bottom. There is a dock on site where you can simply enjoy the silk, put your line in the water, or moor your boat. A boat launch is available near the Wallace Lake beach. The end of the dock is about 4 feet deep. We also leave two kayaks on site.

This property is distinguished by its large terrace where meals during the summer will be accompanied by a view of the lake and nature. You will be able to prepare your meals on the BBQ and enjoy them outside, in order to make the most of the outdoors.

For outdoor lovers, Mont-Hereford, located 20 minutes from the cottage, offers hiking and mountain biking trails. You will also be 20 minutes from Coaticook, where several tourist attractions await you, including the Parc de la Gorge de Coaticook and Foresta Lumina.

This cottage for rent has 4 closed bedrooms. The main floor is open concept and includes a kitchen, a dining room and the living room. All with windows, giving you a view of the lake. You will also find direct access to the terrace. A bedroom and a bathroom complete this floor.

On the lower floor, you will find the 3 other bedrooms of the house as well as a second complete bathroom. This level being on the garden level, you will have access to the outside, directly to the yard of the cottage.
