It offers an exceptional setting directly on the shores of Lac Raquette, with breathtaking views and easy access to the lake, allowing you to fully enjoy nature.

The chalet offers a wide variety of outdoor and water activities, depending on the season. In summer, enjoy kayaking, canoeing, pedaling, and the three paddleboards, or simply relax on the dock. In winter, outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy cross-country skiing or downhill skiing, explore hiking trails, or walk around the frozen lake on foot, snowshoes, or cross-country skis. The owner also provides three sleds, two toboggans, and snowshoes for adults and children, ensuring fun for the whole family.

After a full day of activities, treat yourself to a soothing experience in the covered private spa, accessible year-round, perfect for enjoying the outdoors no matter the temperature. In the evening, gather your loved ones around the outdoor fire pit for unforgettable evenings, lulled by the crackling flames and the soft light of dusk.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

The interior of the cottage rental combines comfort, brightness, and conviviality. The spaces have been designed to offer both room to move and privacy, allowing everyone to relax while gathering in the large living areas. The tasteful décor and large windows let in natural light and highlight the exceptional lake views, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, both in summer and winter. The living room, with its wood-burning fireplace, is the perfect spot to unwind, while the well-stocked library offers a selection of books for both children and adults. The large dining table is ideal for sharing meals, playing board games, or even working for corporate groups.

For more playful indoor moments, the garage has been converted into a games room, featuring a pool table, foosball, and poker table, providing hours of entertainment for everyone.

Ground floor: Kitchen / Living room with fireplace / Dining room / 1 closed bedroom with 1 bed, with access to the bathroom / Bathroom with bathtub and shower / Laundry room.

Lower floor: Family room with television with a Queen wall bed / 1 closed bedroom with 2 beds / 1 closed bedroom with 2 beds / Hallway leading to the garage / 1 bedroom with 2 beds (at the end of the hallway, before going up to the garage) / 1 bathroom with a shower.

Garage (Also accessible from inside, via the hallway in the basement): Play room with pool table, babyfoot table and poker table.
