This magnificent waterfront property on Trois-Lacs in Saint-Rémi-de-Tingwick is the ideal spot for family or friends to get together for a weekend or some well-deserved vacation time. Summer or winter, a host of activities are available at the chalet and in the Trois-Lacs region.

Start your day seated comfortably on the balcony as you take in the morning sun. No need to rush—you have the whole day ahead of you for an excursion on the lake by rowboat, kayak, canoe or pedalboat (provided). Fishing is popular in the area, so try your hand at catching walleye, bass or perch out on the lake or right from the dock. At suppertime, feel free to use the barbecue and enjoy your meal outdoors as you take in the view of the lake. Finish the day in style around a roaring bonfire (wood provided) or slip into the covered all-season spa beside the patio.

Among the many activities available in the region, the Royal Estrie golf club, less than 10 minutes from the cottage rental, is highly recommended. In winter, the golf course is converted into snowshoe and cross-country ski trails. Less than 20 kilometres away, Mont Gleason is another popular winter destination with its downhill ski slopes that are just right for young families.

The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen that will please everyone from gourmet chefs to foodies. Sharing an open-concept design with the dining room, the kitchen has an island where the whole family can share in preparing meals. In the adjoining living room, guests can relax in front of the electric fireplace.

The immense finished downstairs area serves as a game room with lots of fun options, including ping pong, pool, air hockey, and table soccer. A 32-inch flat-screen television with Wii console and DVD Blu-ray player means lots of fun in the evening and on rainy days. A wide choice of films is also provided.
