This exceptional Loft is located in Saint-Jacques-le-Majeur-de-Wolfestown, in a nature reserve on a private estate. Just ten minutes from Disraéli , the Loft offers a peaceful, enchanting and intimate setting close to all amenities. Designed for nature and outdoor enthusiasts, it offers all the comforts of an urban loft in the heart of nature.

There are no immediate neighbors, giving you total peace and quiet. On sunny days, you’ll love sipping your coffee on the terrace overlooking the forest, while listening to the songs of the various birds you can observe. A 150-metre walk along the path leading from the chalet takes you to magnificent Breeches Lake, where you can fish for trout (fishing permit required), swim, paddleboard or take a trip on the water in one of the two kayaks provided. A boat landing is also available. Only boats of 9 HP or less are allowed on the lake, so you can enjoy a very quiet environment. In the evenings, winter or summer, after a day of relaxation or sporting activities, you can round off the day in style by the gas fire inside or the wood fire outside. After all, you deserve it!

The Loft sleeps two. Tastefully furnished to provide absolute comfort in all seasons, it features a bedroom with Queen-size bed, a living room with fireplace and view of the forest, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and an indoor fireplace. Its British Columbia wood beams and polished concrete heated floor blend the modernism of urban lofts with the cachet of our Canadian homes. The huge bay window with its view of the forest and vast open-plan living space offer a warm, modern and elegant setting in which you’ll feel enveloped in well-being. Relax, read a good novel, listen to your favorite music and recharge your batteries by the fire.

Hiking: the Trois Monts hiking trails in Saint-Joseph-de-Coleraine feature a network of over 20 km of mountain trails with breathtaking views of the region.

Cycling: The Lac Aylmer bike path is an intermediate-level trail, with a 42 km circuit and 60 km of optional routes for discovering the region’s tourist attractions.
